Eligibility: You or the person you’re nominating must be diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes and currently managing the condition. Based on their subjective evaluation of the submissions the judges will choose 25 persons to be granted the gift of $2,500. A total amount of $62,500 will be awarded. Enter by December 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Recipients will be notified via the e-mail address submitted with their submission and must respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
